What happens if I miss a ski lesson from the children's or VIP course?
You will receive by email an e-voucher for recreational skiing. It is not possible to catch up on the lesson.
Can I sign up my daughter/son for the children's course for a different age or level?
It is necessary to register your daughter/son for their own age group and level so that we can maintain the quality of our classes. Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions to this.
Can both ski and snowboard lessons be taught in one lesson?
This is not possible. You must choose between skiing or snowboarding.
How many people can take a private lesson?
Private lessons are booked on the basis of 1 person. After selecting the date and time, you can add up to 9 additional people. A maximum of 10 people can participate in a private lesson.
I want to book a class but don't see availability.
If you no longer see availability for your desired class, unfortunately it is no longer available. Of course, you may always send us an email to see if we can still offer a possibility. Please note! You can book up to 6 weeks ahead, dates after these 6 weeks are not yet available.

Sleds or other attributes such as a scooter or similar are not allowed for safety reasons.
I have no skiing experience yet. Can I ski/snowboard recreationally?
It is not allowed to enter the slopes without experience. If you want to go free skiing or snowboarding on the slopes, you must be able to stop and make turns independently. This is for safety reasons. It is also not allowed under the supervision of an experienced skier/boarder or your own teacher.
Are you going skiing or snowboarding for the first time? Then we recommend that you first take an introductory lesson or group lesson lesson. After that, you may continue practicing on the slopes by yourself.
I have my own equipment, is this allowed?
Our prices include skis, board and boots. You are allowed to use your own equipment. It is not possible to receive a discount when providing your own equipment.
I forgot to rent clothes when booking.
It is possible to rent extra overalls, helmet or gloves on site. You can see the prices for these at: www.montana-snowcenter.nl/prijslijst/
What do I wear under my ski overalls?
Our ski coveralls are nice and warm. If you rent them, we recommend wearing a t-shirt (short or long sleeves) and sports shorts or leggings underneath.
Can I join someone to be a supervisor on the slopes?
You can only enter the slopes with a valid admission ticket. You are not allowed to purchase an admission ticket just to watch your children, partner, family or friends for safety reasons. You can watch the slopes from our cozy restaurant while enjoying a snack and drink.
I would like to reschedule or cancel my reservation, is this possible?
It is possible to cancel or reschedule your reservation 5 working days in advance. After that, the reservation is final.
What exactly does a day ticket entail?
