Local ski clubs training in a professional indoor environment
Ski Association Southeast Brabant (Skiplus)
Many people think that exercise is not for them: too old, not good enough, no time or no desire to go alone. But exercise is mostly about fun, sociability and vitality, and it can be done at any age and for everyone!
At Skivereniging Zuid-Oost Brabant ( also known as Skiplus) you meet others who, like you, enjoy exercise, stay fit and prepare for a wonderful winter sports vacation together.
Our goal is to best prepare you for your winter sports. We do this with:
- Ski training: improve technique and build fitness.
- Ski anxiety reduction: more confidence and fun on the slopes.
In cooperation with Montana Snowcenter, the Ski Association hosts indoor training sessions at their ski facility from September through March.
- Duration: 1.5 hours per lesson
- When: Tuesday mornings, Wednesday mornings and Friday mornings
- Courses: there are two series per season - a fall course of 10 classes, starting in October, and a spring course of 10 classes, starting in January.
- Extra cozy: after the classes we drink coffee, tea or chocolate milk together.
