Important for beginners
Have you never skied or snowboarded before? Then you are not allowed to go on the slopes independently. At Montana Snowcenter, it is mandatory to take a lesson first so that you can brake, steer, and come to a controlled stop safely. Guidance from an experienced acquaintance or friend does not replace this.
After your first lesson, if the instructor indicates that it is safe, you can continue practicing on your own during free skiing or snowboarding.
Are you an experienced skier or snowboarder? Then you can come and spend the whole day and/or evening recreationally skiing or snowboarding at Montana.

Why should you choose us for recreational skiing and/or snowboarding?
Our small-scale slopes provide a cozy atmosphere where you can easily keep an overview of the course. This way you can effortlessly stay together with your friends on the slopes. In our restaurant you can also enjoy a panoramic view of the slopes, so you don't have to miss a thing from the action while relaxing with a snack and a drink.
For beginners and advanced skiers alike, we offer real snow year-round. Improve your skills or come brush up on your skills before you leave for winter sports on our accessible, beginner-friendly slopes.
At the top of the main slope there is always a piece of mogul slope and at the end of this run is a ramp. For advanced skiers and snowboarders, this is an extra opportunity to challenge yourself. Make sure you master the right technique so you can safely make the descent!
Groups and businesses are also welcome!
Montana Snowcenter is also perfect for larger groups. The unique location for an exciting party, surprising company outing or fun family day. Montana Snowcenter has a wide range of tailor-made options for groups. From skiing or snowboarding together to completely arranged barbecues, buffets, parties and business meetings. We will make sure this day is completely to your liking!
Equipment/clothing rental
It is -5 °C on the slopes, so we recommend bringing suitable clothing.
Equipment and clothing rental is optional. You can also bring your own gear.

- gloves are required
- helmet is mandatory for children up to 12 years of age
- helm is inbegrepen bij lessen t/m 12 jaar (helm is niet inbegrepen bij het vrij skiën en snowboarden)
- ski poles are included and available on the slopes
- our ski overalls are nice and warm - if you rent them, we recommend wearing a t-shirt (short or long sleeves) and short sports pants or leggings underneath
