Ski lessons for 3-year-olds
Big opportunities for little ones
Montana Snowcenter offers special ski lessons for 3-year-old toddlers. For these children, this is a fun and good introduction to the sport of skiing: getting used to the cold, snow, shoes, skis, walking and sliding in the snow - maybe even making a schneepflug (snowplow).
These courses last half an hour and are taught according to a teaching method specially adapted to the age group. As with the regular courses, toddlers are taught in small groups.

Passport
The lesson program at Montana Snowcenter is structured so that children learn to ski or snowboard in a fun and safe way. The children's progress is tracked in the passport they receive from us at the first lesson of the course.
The lesson program is divided into 3 levels. At each level there are different skiing exercises.
The passport will tick off the exercises your child has mastered. At the end of the course, each child receives a medal showing the level achieved and an updated passport.
This makes advancement to the next level easy. You can check the passport to see in which level you can register your child for the next course. You can then take the same passport again for the next course.
Toddler skiing 3-year-olds
The 3 different levels each have a different entry level with a corresponding exercise your child must master to advance into that level.
Level 1
For Level 1, you don't need any experience.
Level 2
Independent sliding in / out of the fall line.
Level 3
Traversing can follow the teacher.
What benefits does our toddler course offer to your three-year-old?
Catch them young! At Montana Snowcenter, we understand the importance of an early introduction to skiing, even for toddlers. Designed specifically for 3-year-olds, our toddler course provides a safe and fun environment to introduce them to the wonderful world of skiing.
During our toddler course, little ones experience the feel of skis and the glistening snow for the first time. Our expert instructors provide a carefully constructed lesson program, where they become familiar with skiing techniques step by step. The course consists of 6 lessons of only half an hour at a time, which perfectly suits the short attention span of 3-year-olds.
Safety is our top priority. Toddlers wear helmets (which are available free of charge) and are supervised by specialized instructors who know how to handle young children. The teaching method is specially adapted to the needs of 3-year-olds, with a focus on fun and playful learning.
At Montana Snowcenter, we believe that starting learning early is the best way to prepare children for a lifelong love of winter sports. After the toddler course, they can seamlessly progress to the children's course, building a solid foundation for future ski vacations.
With each course, toddlers receive a passport that records the levels and exercises covered. The passport marks their progress and prepares them for the transition to the children's course.
