What to expect.
Austrian ski buffet
Starting at 6 p.m., you can join a delicious Austrian buffet that has something for everyone.
- Artisan bread with creamy herb butter
- Onion Soup and Backerbsen Suppe
- Traditional stews: carrot stew, seasonal stew, sauerkraut stew
- Tiroler Gröstl, barbecue sausage, bacon bits, smoked sausage
- Refreshing salads and side dishes such as applesauce, mustard and gravy
- Apfelstrudel with vanilla sauce, scoop of ice cream and whipped cream
Skiing or snowboarding to close
Anyone who wants to ski or snowboard can have fun on the slopes from 4 p.m. until closing time!
Introductory ski lesson (optional)
For anyone new to skiing, there will be an introductory lesson from 4:00 - 5:30 pm.
After participating in this lesson, you can continue having fun on the slopes independently for the rest of the evening. This lesson is optional and included in the price. Anyone with experience can ski or snowboard freely throughout the day.
